i am from haldia, west bengal. i have been suffered by a massive hair fall from last 1 year till now. I have lost my 10 kg weight also. I want to prevent my hair fall. I have used a lots of shampoo brands and hair oils but i don t get any solution. my massive hair fall give me a tension always. i can t concentrate in any work due to this. sir please help me to prevent my hair fall

what is your age?in haldia most common cause of hair fall is excess iron in water but you may have other problem like dandruff,familial history,age related etc.
So please consider a dermatologist urgently to get a solution.
