These are typical nerve-pains, due to either, compression or/
injury to the nerves at the level of shoulder joint. The compression occurs whenever movement at the shoulder joint takes place, giving rise to nerve pains.
Or, it is due to compression over the
spinal cord at the neck level or, the nerves emerging from it.
Third possibility is inflammation of the bundle of nerves at the shoulder joint (called,
Brachial neuritis) .
