Severe Cramps During Periods, Less Flow With Brown Blood. Had Unprotected Sex During Ovulation. Cause Of Concern?

Had unprotected sex around ovulation, was experiencing tender breasts, cramps and light headedness. Came on period 2 days late. Most painful cramps ever one 1st day. These have stopped - I'm now on 2nd day. Blood is brown in colour and a lot less than usual. Not free flowing and no clots which I would usually expect. Should I be concerned?
