Please try the following:
Drink at least 8-10 glasses of warm water a day( Warm water at regular intervals) . Warm water aids
in good digestion as well as smooth bowel movements.
Include good fibre content in your diet like oats, banana, green leafy vegetables ,whole wheat pasta,whole wheat bread,sprouts, fruits etc.
Regular exercise 30-45 minutes a day for 5 days a week is also helpful for good bowel movements.
If the above mentioned measures don't work, you can try Isabgol (laxative).
