Severe constipation, straining while passing stools, large or loose stools passed. Cure?

for 4-5 years i had the habit of holding in my poop.the most i had held it in was for a month but the average of holding it in was 2-3 weeks now i m 16 male and i m trying to fix myself but i have no urge to go i have to strain just to go and my poop will comeout somewhat big but flushable or skinny and loose.only urges i get is when i have that diarrhea stomach ache and it comes out loose.any help?

Hi garzaj! Be safe Don't give invitation to harmful disease by holding stool. Ok ! What to do ! Most of all take less tension, change food habbit , apply more vegetable in your diet, drink more water, juice, curd, if you are taking antidepressant, lower the dose, take stool softner if stool is tight. Do consult doctor if problem is still the same. Save yourself, be healthy and smart. Good luck. Bye.
