Severe Constipation For 6 Months. Endoscopy Shows Multiple Erosion, Fungus. Remedy?
Hi, I am suffering from severe constipation for the past 6 months .I can't pass my stool properly and the same situation with the gas .Gas travels in the body and i feel like heart attack and pain .Two weeks ago i have my endoscopy it shows multiple erosions and fundus in the body .My condition is much better but there is still gas problem and i can,t pass my stool properly .When the gas is not passout the pee comes every 10 to 15 mins .I just don,t understand what to do .Could you help me on this.

Kindly do an USG whole abdomen, Urine (R/M), RFT.
See your Gastroenterologist with scopy report & other reports.
Till then you may take antispasmodics, analgesics, antacids like ilaprazole, syrup sucralfate, stool softeners with your doctor's opinion.
