Severe Constant Stabbing Pain In Head, Have Seizures, Strong Pressure Sensation. On Doxepine, Tylenol, Aleve. What Is Going On?

I have been having severe constant stabbing pains in the right side of my head. I have been diagnosed with complicated migraines with absence seizures. I am taking seizure medicine and doxepin. I am HIV positive but that is completely under control. I have been resting, using ice packs, taking OTC meds (tylenol, naproxen, aleve) also my fioricet. This has been going on for 3 days and there is no relief. It is behind my eye, my temple is where it hurts the worst. Now there is strong pressure on the right temple with the severe stabbing pains. These almost drop me to my knees

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
The description seems to be acute severe migraine attack.
You could try rizatriptan or sumatriptan tablets.
If headache is still persisting, you can go for tramadol injections.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
