Thanks for your query. I can understand your concern with the panic attacks. I would like to clarify that panic attacks are not life-threatening and are self-resolving. Effective anti-anxiety
agents are available in addition to psychotherapy
(eg cognitive behavioural therapy) for management of panic attacks. You can request your psychiatrist
for either an alternative medication or psychotherapy. In addition you can practise meditation/yoga/breathing relaxation exercises. Hope you found the information useful.
