Severe Abdominal Pain After Cesarean Delivery. Diagnosis?

My wife admitted to hospital for delivery of baby and it was caesarean Caesarean performed on 18th of this month, later discharged from hospital on 21st of this month And my wife experienced severe pain in abdomen/ stomach on 22nd later we admitted to the same hospital where caesarean was performed There was no improvement until 23rd evening, we changed hospital on 23rd evening, on 24th (Sunday morning, today morning) some improvement was seen Again today evening condition looks bad. Please help.

your wife had delivered by LSCS, and now complaining of painabdmen..
if her vitals are stable like pulse, BP, Temperature, then it could be a 'After pains'.. it is the contraction of the uterus in the peurperal period for regressing the uterus to prepregnancy state..
the pain can also due to UTI, Reproductive tract infection, peurperal infection, but will be associated with fever and other symptoms..
see your obstetrician for the management..
