History noted. Understood your problem, Kindly do some lifestyle modifications to avoid such problems. Take less oily and less spicy diet. Take 3 litres of water per day. Finish your supper by 8pm or 8.30pm (i-e) two hours before sleep.Night time have only easily digestible food stuffs. Go for a relaxed walk for 15 minutes after supper. Drink a cup of warm liquid, say milk before you sleep.Follow this for a month. If you feel the change, fine. Or else consult a gasteroenterologist in person, get yourself evaluated.
Good day.
