Serial Sections Shows Stratified Squamous Epithelium With Acnathosis, Dysplastic Changes. What Is It?

serial sections studied show stratified squamous epithelium with acnanthosis and severe dysplastic changes and invasion of cells in to sub epithelial zone. cells are pleomorphic with moderate amount of cytoplasm and few mitotic figures arranged in groups and islands separated by stroma. areas of necrosis with colonies are seen no tumour emboli in the sampled tissue . histological feature are suggestive of moderrately differentiated squamous cell of mid oesophagus with out tumour emboli.

Your biopsy report shows squamous cell carcinoma in middle of oesophagus which is not severe ,immediately consult with some good oncologist or G I surgeon.
