Sensitive Feet, Painful. Applied Ice, Soaked In Warm Water. Tendonitis?

Hi, my name is Emily. My feet have been really sensitive the past month and a half and I was wondering why. At first it just felt like a normal foot ache and because my feet would hurt my knees would hurt. I have messed up both feet and both knees when I was younger but I am 17 and don t think I should be getting these pains. I can be on my feet for 10 minutes and then they will start to throb. The pain sometimes starts in my heel and works it way through the entire foot but recently it has been hurting in the balls of my feet. When my feet started hurting I got some insoles to put in my shoes that was suppose to take the pain away but it made it worse. I m not usually on my feet a lot but lately I have been walking like I am 72 (hunched over and walking slowly on the sides of my feet). I work at a gas station and am usually on my feet for about 4-5 hours every other day. When my feet hurt I will alternate from icing them to soaking them in warm water with Epson salt. It usually works for about 10 minutes then my feet hurt again. Also, even if my feet don t hurt and I sit down for a little bit, when I get up my Achilles is really strained and it takes me a few minutes for it to stop hurting. I don t know where the pain came from and I want this to stop as soon a possible. I have talked to some people who have had this pain and they have said it could be tendonitis and I might have to have surgery. I just want to know what it could be and how to stop the pain. Like I said my feet haven t hurt like this before and for this long. Many people have been saying I should go to the doctors but I m not sure. I need answers and I cant just stay off my feet because I am a student and I work a lot. I also don t have a lot of time in my schedule to constantly rest my feet. I have tried pain killers like ibuprofen but it doesn t hurt. Also, I don t know if this has anything to do with my feet but I have been getting a lot of headaches out of the blue lately and they will turn into migraines. I don t have seasonal allergies. I really appreciate your response. Thank you.
