Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic
I went through the treatment you were asked to take.
As your skin is oily and sensitive, I would recommend only gels and water based products, not creams. In my practice that is what I do and Niltan is a cream, you may use gel form of sunscreen like Suncote gel or suncros aquagel instead.
Rest of it seems fine according to me.
Azithral 500mg tablets should be taken three days a week and not daily, ideally 2 hours after food.
Hope this helped
Take care
