Sensation On Penis Tip During Sex, Long Hour Masturbation. Is Something Wrong? Worry?

Hi Doc I have two questions for you. 1. When i ejaculate during sex,i have a very sensational feeling especially on the tip of my penis . I feel it mostly when i ejaculate and when i pull back from her. And she asks whether am okay some times,because of the impression on my face as if am hurt. 2. I masturbate sometimes because my girl friend lives hours away,we don t meet often. Is this bad for my health ?

Hello

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have some inflammation at the tip of your penis (External Meatus) That may be the reason for getting pain while ejaculating the semen which is thicken in consistency than urine.Take some antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs after getting prescription from your family Physician.

As regards masturbation there is nothing wrong in doing it as it is common ate this age and will not have any negative effect on your body or health if not done excessive.
