Sensation In Leg Feels Strange. Have A Sore Throat. Why High BP?
i have being having high bp (140/93) , i dont sleep well, and i realised a hardly have few minutes sleep i was used to in the past. i feel sensation in my leg (right), i also have recurrent sole throat .i expel sputum frequently, i dont want to take drugs now , i am 42yrs old , male and a nigerian . what would you advise me to do?

Use soothers for your throat congestion .
you should do gargles and take some green tea
I recommend you to start with antibiotics and drink plenty of water avoid oily foods and soft drinks .I recommend to have a proper clinical examination.
