Sensation in abdomen, feels air bubble and pulse, having regular bowel movements

I have this sensation upper right quadrant of my abdomen . It feels like that part of my abdoment sticks out a little more. It feels at times like an air biubble, at times I feel a pulse . When I push on it I belch. It has been there off and on steady for 2 1/2 weeks. I am having regular bowel movements. It is right under my rob cage.

Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you might be having gastritis.

Following precautions will be helpful :-
1.Avoid spicy and oily foods.
2.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods.
3.Avoid mental and emotional stress.
4.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any.
5.Avoid self medications, especially pain killers and steroids.
6.Drink lots of water daily.
7.Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
8.Avoid gas producing foods like peas, cabbage, legumes, etc.
9.Avoid eating fast and do not talk while eating.

You can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg.
Digestive enzyme preparation containing pepsin and fungal diastase after meals will have an added beneficial effect.

Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Ultrasound of abdomen.
2. Liver Function Test ( LFT ).
