Hello and welcome to HCM,

The semen analysis is as follows:
1. Physical characteristics- color, pH and sperm counts are normal.
2. There are no motile sperms in the semen
3. The morphology of the sperms is normal

There is evidence of infection in the semen. This is suggested by presence of pus cell in the semen.
Since, there is presence of infection a repeat semen analysis needs to be done.
The absence of motile sperms is an abnormal finding but the final report can only be given after the infection clears up.

Thanks and take care.
