Please let me know my Semen parameters also what are round cells present in semen? Semen Analysis Report done on 24th April 2012 Appearance: Normal (Result: Grey opalescent) Liquefactions: Normal (Result: 60 min (R.T.)) Consistency: Normal (Result: Viscosity-Normal) Volume: 3.0 ml (Result: 1.5 ml) Sperm Count: 41 million/ml (Result: =15 millions/ml) Total Motility (A + B): 44% (Result: 32% (A+B)) A) Grade IV 17% B) Grade III 27% C) Grade II 02% D) Grade I 54% Morphology: 4% (Result: 4%) Normal Forms: A) Head: 58% B) Middle Piece: 74% C) Tail: 70% Viability : 46% (Result: = 58%) Fructose: +ve (Result: Positive) Leucocytes (-) Epithelial Cells (-) Debris (+) Round Cells (+++) Agglutination (-) Flakes (-) Comments on the sample provided Sample is with normal Seminal Parameters.

Your semen analysis shows normal physical examination.

Normal sperm count ( normal is > 15 millions / ml as per WHO 2010).

Normal Sperm motility ( normal is > 40 % as per WHO 2010).

Normal morphology ( normal is )4% as per WHO 2010).

But, some round cells seen. May be they are the germ cells. So, you have to do an ultrasound scan of scrotum to rule out any abnormality.

Consult with your treating doctor.
