Semen Leak While Urinating, Occurs Frequently, No Smell. Have Smoking Habit
Dear doctors I have been having this problem quiet a lot lately. I have been having semen or precum come out when i urinate and comes out frequently. I also tend to go to the bathroom in very short intervals. Im 23 years old. Im a smoker. When urinating i dont not feel any pain. My urine does not smell. The semen or precum do not smell. Im not sick or diagnosed with diabities.
Usually semen will not be passed along with urine in a normal individual. Sometimes, pus or some other salts (phosphates) present in urine may appear as semen. When there is constipation a secretion from prostate gland, mimicking semen, may appear when straining for stools. When constipation relieved, this problem will vanish. Precum will appear as a clear viscous fluid if you get stimulated or elicited. It is a good thing. It will wash or clean the seminal passage and help the safe passage of sperms. Examination of urine will confirm whether there is semen or not in urine. There is nothing to worry. Consult your physician, he will help you to overcome this problem. Dr S.Murugan
