Sperm per Ejaculate 84 ML, Motalitiy % motile sperm 54%, Rapid linear progression 10%.. slow/no linear progression 50%. Your semen analysis is not very satisfactory.first the total semen count (28mill) is less.out of this only 15 mill sperms are alive,i.e.,onlu 15 million sperms have the capability to mate with ovum and fertilise.
40% out of these are immotile or non progressive.
All this sums up as a negative report with indications to difficulty in comception and if conception occurs with a defected sperm, chances of abortion.
You should meet up a general surgeon who will examine your testicles.
A semen culture paralled with a doppler ultrasound of the testicles should b done.fnac(biopsy) should be advised if required.
