Hi i have send the reports plz tell

I have recently had my semen analysis done the reports are as follows

Volume 3.5

Ph 8

Fructose detected

Colour grey white

Luquification 20 min

Motality 40

Motality progressive 0%

motality non progressive 40% high

motality immotile 60% high

sperm count 30mill/ml

Abnormal forms 02%

Head detected 50%

tail 50%

plus cells 8-10

Please suggest that how can if improve motality
And can i father a child without ivf

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. I believe that you are having problems with your semen analysis. There is a wide range of normal when it comes to motility of sperm in a semen analysis. I believe that you might have a problem with motility that is congenital or otherwise. It might be best to go in for IVF treatments if you are at the end of your ropes and your wife is also very interested in having a child and has no physical or gynecological problems. I hope you take a joint decision regarding the same.
