hello,

The volume of the semen is on lower side. Presence of R.B.C. needs further investigation. Any trauma, infections etc can lead to R.B.C. in semen. 3-4 WBC in semen is not significant. Please repeat the test taking care to collect the entire sample (any wastage can cause false volume measurement).
The motility and count of sperms fall with in normal range but are slightly towards lower side. Repeating the test after 4 days of abstinence is necessary.
Thanks for writing to us.
