hi there, your husbands semen analysis report is in the normal range.According to WHO criteria in the 5th edition, acount of more than 20 mill/ml, motility of both active and sluggish of >50% and a volume of >1.5 ml is in the normal range. There are male and female factors of infertility and sometimes no explained cause. I would suggest that you visit your gynecologist or a fertility expert and get all the investigations done under their guidence. Take care.
