Regarding your semen analysis report,,everything is with in the normal reference range...
You didn't mention aboout the pH value just you said it was alkaline..
Normal pH should be in between 7.2-7.8..alkaline indicates high pH which indicates presence of infection..
And the important thing is for 33 aged individual 100kg body weight is very high..
for this consult physician or dietitian to reduce the body weight..
else other things are normal
