Hello, Sir I am 29 years old, and got marries 3 years before. But no any kids.

SCROTAL SONOGRAPHY REVEALS Report. Dated 23-11-2013
Right Testis measures 3.4 x 1.5cm.
Left Testis measures 3.3 x 1.5cm.
Both testes are small in size with homogeneous echotexture with intact mediastinum testis.
No Solid or cystic mass seen.
Normal epididymis is seen in both side are normal in caliber and parenchymal echogenicity. No discrete mass or calcification.
Minimal left hydrocele is deleted.
The pampiniform plexi are dilated in both sides measuring 0.30 cm.
IMPRESSION
Bilateral small testes.
Minimal left hydrocele.
Bilateral Varicocele.
I have few questions……
Is there any chance of getting pregnant without treatment?
Please suggest what kind of medication I need to take and how many months?
And how many months it will take to conceive me after the treatment? –
What are the chances of getting pregnant without treatment and after the treatment?
If no what is the chances of getting the pregnancy after the treatment?
Is there any treatment available or not?
Can I get conceive or not??
Please advise me clearly what is there in the above report because our family is too much worry.

1 If sperm will produce your wife will get pregnant .
2 You will require hormonal treatment for spermatogenesis.
3 It depends upon successful production of sperms.
4 once sperms produces your wife may get pregnancy first month or in many months'
5 Treatment is available.
6 Yes your wife can get pregnancy , if there is ovulation and sperm production with complete motility.
