Semen Analysis Done. Should I Be Worried About The Findings?

Dear Doctor,
I have done semen analysis and the results are as below.
Appearance - Greyish white.
Liquifaction time > 45 Mins
Volume - 3 ml
pH - 7.4.
Viscosity - Hyper viscid.
Count - 40 ml.

Rapid progression - 30%
Slow progression - 35%
Non Progressive motility - 15%.
Immotile - 25%.

Pus cells6-8/hpf.
RBC 0-2/hpc
Epithelial cells - 0-1/hpf.

Can you please confirm if there is any problem? in this result

The semen parameters provided by you seems to be within the described normal range. For your reference, the World Health Organization defines the following reference values as normal (WHO, 1999):
Volume: 2.0 mL or more
pH: 7.2 or more
Sperm concentration: 20 × 106 or more spermatozoa/mL
Motility: 50% or more with grade “a + b” motility or 25% or more with grade “a” motility.
Morphology: 15% or more by strict criteria
Viability: 75% or more of sperm viable
WBCs: Less than 1 million/cu.mm
