Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the report of your semen analysis it appears that though sperm count is reasonavly normal the percentage of active grade four motile sperm is slightly lower than what it should be for effective fertilization.to result. There is no medicine that can raise the motility of sperms Following measures will help increase the motility of sperms.
1) Practice moderate exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 hour.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vitamins A,C,E,D.fruits and vegetables .
3) Avoid alcohol and smoking .
4)Take some anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.
Please repeat semen analysis after three months and consult some Infertility specialist for proper guidance and further treatment. If needed he may advise you for either IVF or ICCI. D0 not worry there is no reason why you should not impregnate your wife.
