sir, i m 30 year old and got marriad before 4 month.still i have not become father.my semen report is volume 2ml consistancy thin liqufication time 20 minuts total sperm count 70 million/ml motality after liquification excellent motile nil active motile 40% sluggish 30% immotile 30% morphology normal 60 % abnormal 40% abnormalities head piece defect 20% mid piece defect 10% tail piece defect 10% misc pus cells 10-15/hpf

Hello Farhan,
The report of your semen analysis shows -
Volume, liquefaction time within normal limit.
The sperm count is within normal limit ( normal is > 20 millions /ml as per WHO 1999).
Motility is within normal limit ( normal active + sluggish motility is >50% as per WHO1999).
Abnormal sperm is increased in number.
Pus cells are increased which indicates an ongoing lower urinary tract infection.
So, just take a ciprofloxacin group of drug for 7 days and repeat the test after one month.
