I have scoliosis, which they say my ribcage is squeezing my heart. My hair is falling out, I have lost two teeth suffer shortness of breath
and my shoulders, neck and jaw ache most of the time. the nerves down my arms sting and it hurts to use my fingers to type. Now my urine smells so strong. Is this cortisol? when will I know to go to the hospital?

I am quite empathetic to your multiple kind of problems.
You have not mentioned your age, sex and occupation so that we could have helped you better. Anyhow the problem enumerated by you are diverse series of problems which can not be related to cortisol. Cortisol is a hormone which is much required by the body for its normal functioning. It never cause scoliosis or hair fall.
I suggest you to meet a family physician who can analyze your condition at best. For hair fall you can take Vitamin H or biotin and iron supplementation.
