Scheduled for health check up for employment, have diabetes. What can help minimize the counts?

Good Afternoon Doctor, I am going to Face Interview on coming Monday in L & T. Thy also conduct Health Chekup. At present I Have Diabetes i.e Fasting 150 & after Meals 250. If they find the same in Health Check up they will disqualify me. So Advise there is any Fills is there which minimise my Diabetes while Health Checkup?

Thanks for posting at HCM.
You should take you Diabetes very Seriously. The details you have posted are inadequate to recomend any treatment. Please post your querry with your details ie age,weight, Blood Pressure. What medications you are eating.
Genreally speaking you should increase your excercise and decrease your caloric intake. For eg 1gm of fat will will give you 9 Kcal ,Protien 1 gm = 4 kcal & Carbohydrates 1 gm = 4 kcal approximately. So if you are consuming Roti/Chappati which is smeared with oil/ghee it will increase your blood sugar equal to one to Three teaspoons of sugar (5 ml of oil/Ghee = 3 tea spoon full of sugar). So you need to regulate your caloric intake to about 1200 cals/ day
