Findings: Uterus is anteverted, normal in size measuring 5.4 x 4.2 x 3.7 cm. Myometrial echopattern is homogeneous. No focal mass is seen. Endometrial lining is thickened measuring 1.2 cm. The right ovary is likewise normal in size measuring 3.1 x 2.4 x 2.4 cm. The left ovary is in normal in size measuring 2.6 x 2.7 x 1.6 cm with multiple small cystic structures measuring less than 1 cm. No definite evidence of fluid seen in the posterior cul-de-sac.
