OBGYN 's  Response
Hello
Thank you for your query.
BPD is the biparietal diameter, that is the diameter of the fetal head.
HC is the head circumference of the baby.
AC is the abdominal circumference, measured around the tummy of the fetus.
FL is femur length or length of the thigh bone.
EFW is estimated fetal weight.
Cervix is normal.
The placenta that supplies blood and nutrition to the baby is also normal.
SIngle fetus in cephalic presentation means that the babys head is in the pelvis as it should be.
The ultrasound report is absolutely normal, and the fetal weight and length is as it should be.
take care.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The ultrasound report you have mentioned here is suggestive of a normal growing fetus in the eighth month of pregnancy. All the fetal parameters specified are within normal limits. These findings need to be correlated with clinical findings by your gynecologist.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Rakhi-Tayal
