Scan Of Uterus Done. What Does The Findings Mean?

my uterus appears anteverted and inhomogenenous in echogenicity. it measures 9.45 x 5.19 x 4.36 cm. the endometrium measures 0.92cm in thickness. no free fluid seen in posterior cul de sac. a hypoechoic lesion is seen at the fundus of the uterus measuring at 4.07. a cystic lesion measuring 2.48 cm in diameter is seen on the right ovary. the right ovary measures at 4.59 x 3.35 x 20.3 cm and the left ovary at 3.35 x 2.06 x 1.23 cm.

Hi there ~

This is the report of your ultrasound scan that you have copied and pasted on this forum. I think that you do not have cause for concern. An anteverted uterus is not an uncommon finding, however you should consult a gynecologist. It is concerning that you have cyst in your ovary. I am not sure as to why you went and got an ultrasound scan in the first place. I believe there might be something that would need treatment. I hope this helps.
