Scan Of Uterus Done. Is The Report Normal?
Non gravid, anteverted, normal size uterus with uniform myometrial echopattern. It measures 60x44x42 in(LxWxAP)mm respectively.
The general uterine outline Ȋ̝̊̅§ regular and consistent. The endometrial layer Ȋ̝̊̅§ thickened. Ω̴̷̷̴̩̩̩̥̐͠O uterine lesion or fibroid seen.
Both adnaxae are free and normal in appearance. Ω̴̷̷̴̩̩̩̥̐͠O ovarian cyst or mass seen. The pouch of douglas(POD)contains some cloudy fluid collections? PID

According to reports,there is fluid collection in POD(pouch of douglas) which is cloudy in appearance which indicates infective in etiology.It may be due to pelvic inflammatory disease(PID).It needs further investigation and clinical examination.
There is also endometrial thickening.Report doesn't mention any size.
Rest of the findings like uterine size,shape echo texture is normal.
Both adnexa are normal.
No ovarian or uterine mass noted.
