General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be a benign grouth, may be transformed into the malignancy. The study of the cyst may be necessory by M.R.I. for confirmation of the condition. and if necessory biopsy may be necessory, after the mri done.
Don't worry you will be fine this is all only excluding the malignancy. Thank you.

Radiologist Dr. Vivek Chail's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

Your report interpretation is as follows:

1. urinary bladder is well distended wit clear contents and shows normal wall thickness.

This means that the urinary bladder, its wall and lumen are normal on ultrasound scan.

2. the uterus measures 6.5*2.9cm anteverted and empty. regular in outline wit uniform myometrial echo and preserved endometrial plate.

The uterus is normal in size and shape. The inner lining (endometrial thickness) is normal.

3. their is a right adnexa cyst measuring 2.7*2.5cm(likely functional)bt the left adnexa

There is a small cyst in the left ovary, it is due to monthly cycle and not significant clinically.

4. pod is free

POD is area behind uterus. Sometimes fluid accumulation takes place in infective states. It is normal in you.

Summarizing all findings ultrasound scan of your urinary bladder and uterus are normal.

Hope this helps
