Salty Taste In Mouth, Eyes Stream With Tears In Outdoor Cold, Burning Tongue And Mucous. Any Ideas?

I have been getting a salty taste in my mouth now for almost 4 months. Dr informed and nothing suggested. Also, have a gallstone. When I go outdoors in the cold, my eyes stream with tears and my nose passes excessive nasal secretions, both eye and nasal discharge is clear. What could these symptoms relate too? Also my oral mucosa feel at times like it's burning and my tongue also.
