sagging breasts and tummy are a common complaint after pregnancy and so is skin darkening. While skin darkening is usually reversible some times it may last for a long time. For this you can start a good skin care regime after consulting your doctor. Chemical peels and depigmenting agents will also help your resistant chloasma.

Sagging breasts and tummy can not be corrected with medicines. You should plan a tummy tuck surgery and breast lift for that. Plan these surgeries only after your family is complete. Otherwise they will get stretched again during your next pregnancy. Hope you found the answer helpful.
