Safe to masturbate daily? How often to have sex?

Hi Doc, This is Shazz, I am 22 yrs old and have a very normal life. I masturbate daily atleast once and very often twice. I feel very relaxed after a hectic day after masturbating. Is it safe? Secondly, I also have a girlfriend and we have not indulged in intercourse yet. So, does having sex makes a girl look more beautiful and helps in reducing acne? and if yes then what is the frequency for the same and if we leave it in between will it affect in anyway?

Hello
Thanks for your query. You are 22yrs old and in a habit of masturbation everyday. It is proved fact that masturbation does not have any ill effect on any system in the body It is up to your vigor to decide about the frequency of masturbation As regards your query of sexual contact with your girl friend and its potential to reduce her problem of acne I would like to state that there is no relation between sexual act and its usefulness to cure acne.
