SGPT Levels Raised. Was Taking Medicines For High Uric Acid. Cause For High SGPT Levels?
Hi, i am 29 years old. MY SGPT ( ALT ) is 79. it has been going up for a while, i guess since last year...i also had high uric acid issue which, in my last report was 8.1. It has now come down to 4.9. I had been taking feburic 40 for the past 3 weeks. I wanted to check if i should continue with the medicine and also the causes of elevated SGPT. Please note that i have a family history of high uric acid

You have to continue the feburic.
Your SGPT level is elevated. It may occur due to hepatocellular injury.
For this, you can take Liv52 to lower the levels.
You can also consult with a gastroenterologist for further management.
