Rusty Marks Between Fingers, Dizziness, Nausea. Using Surgical Spirit, Fading Slightly. Medical Condition?

Hi, I am a 39 year old woman. Since two weeks now, i have noticed like rusty marks between my fingers. They are like stains. when i tried to remove with surgical spirit, they faded a bit. I am very worried as lately i am suffering from dizziness and nausea . I have been been taking iron tablets. Do you think this is a medical condition? Thank you.

yes this is a condition to go a homeopathy or skin specalist. if u cont me 9832223020 our medicine best ifor this condition.avoid some ditegent and chemical to affected area.
