Hi Uzair
Going by Ayurveda [ science of herbal medicines ] It appears as if Pit ( heat) is more in your body. Your coplaints get flared up when ever element of heat be it food or fire is on higher side. There are number of herbs which cure such conditions. Indian goose berry will restore vitiated Pit in your body. Amongst herbs Turmeric and Rubia cordifolia will cure your problem.
