Rosacea, redness and pimples, cure?

i am suffering from rosacea for the past 7 years. i consulted with almost all doctors in my locality, but did not get cured till now. Even though i tried to avoid the triggers which causes the reddishness n pimples , its really hard for me to lead a happy life. I am living in chennai, india(hot city). Nowadays i can t go to work or out of home because of this severe reddishness and large pimples in nose which makes my fair white skin so worse. i have severe pain too. can i get cured rosacea permanently? ? My skin become rough by applying all types of ointments. could you pls help me ???

Thanks for choosing HCM..,
ROSACEA.....Rosacea is considered a chronic , noncurable skin condition..,
Characteristically involves the central region of the face...,
Causing persistent redness or transient flushing over the areas of the face ..,
and nose and highly sensitivity to sun...,
Sun exposure and genetic may be cause..,
TREATMENT.....Rosacea is currently not considered a curable condition..,
But it can be controllable..,
1) EPISOFT cleansing lotion...(Glenmark).,
2) Morning times use...SHADOWZ...50 (Dr.Reddy's)
3) Night times use....NEXTRET..gel (Reddy'S)..,Isotretinoin
Flagyl cream(Metronidazole).....alternatively
4) Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is one of the newly available treatments..,
PDT uses a topical photosensitizer liquid that is applied to the skin...,
and a light to activate the sensitizer...
