Rolled ankle, pain in the bend of ankle, unable to put pressure on it. Do I have a sprain?

I rolled my ankle and fell at work and now I have server pain on the inside of my ankle and at the bend of my ankle and can t put pressure on it with out it hurting. I have had two surgeries on this ankle and broke it before. I had problems with it giving out on me after my surgeries. Do I have a sprain or could there be something else wrong?
