Roaring Sound In Ears, Vertigo. Diagnosed With Meniers Disease. Taking Diurectics, Antidepressant. Right Medication?

I have recently been diagnosed with meniers disease, the worst symptom of which is roaring in my ears and vertigo. ENT has described 2 diuretics now and an antidepressant, all of which give me severe headache. I'm left with the choice of headache or life altering vertigo since I'm only 57 and I won't drive dizzy for safety reasons. Aldactizide and Indapamide both give me headache, are there any other choices for the vertigo?

The proper diagnosis of menieres is very important.
You can take betahistine for improveing blood supply to the inner ear.
In addition you have to take salt But no added salt. Do not stop taking salt.
