Ringing In Ears, Pressure And Hissing Post Taking A Coach Trip. What Could Be The Cause?

I have ringing in my ears. I don t know what caused it but I have just returned from a coach trip and my ears felt much worse when on board. It felt like I was descending in a plane amost with feelings of pressure and hissing like I get when flying. What could this be. My doc has given me a steroid nasal spray as he thinks it may be bloced euchtasiun tubes .
