Right Sided Numbness, Nausea, Diarrhea, Weakness, Headache, Spinal Throbbing. Treatment?

I have be to the ER twice in the last couple of days the first time was because my whole right side went numb and I developed nausea and diarrhea in the ER the second time was because I was feeling weak and dizzy they said it could be cluster head aches the first time and a stomach big the second time now my lower spine is throbbing and my neck is sore any advice?

Hi,

I do not think this is serious. Please take over the counter analgesics like Tylenol for the throbbing pain and all your symptoms to subside. Take adequate rest for 2 days.
