Pediatrician 's  Response
hello dear,
to me it seems like you are over burdening your mind by thinking of this. as you said it is not a problem generally when you are in good mood and worsens with your nervousness, it appears to be a problem more related to your mind than your body. my advice would be to get yourself examines by a pediatrician to rule out any physical problem, and then start meditation exercised like yoga, pranayam, etc. to relax yourself. if you have any particular problem that's making you nervous please share with your near and dear ones and try to find a solution for this. you can take help of some psychiatrist or psychologist if needed. in case you want to get back to me you acan write to me
