Reports suggest inflammatory smear. Does this indicate cancer?

Hello Doctor, My moms report says. smear satisfactory for evaluation show superficial and intermediate squamous cells on a background of inflammatory cells c/o polymorphs and lumphocytes. Few squamous metaplastic cells seen. Negative for intraepithelial malignancy . Few endocervical cells seen in the background. Impression: Inflammataory smear. I want to know whether my mother has cancer or not.... plz say...

I assume this is a report from a Pap smear from the cervix. The report indicates that there are no malignant cells seen in the specimen & therefore no cancer is represented in this specimen.
