Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on report of semen analysis It is confirmed that you have what is called as Oligoasthenospermia. To be honest I would like to say that there is no medicine that can improve the motility of the sperms though there are plenty of medicines in every pathy for treatment of this condition. But not a single medicine has been found to be effective. You can try Vit C,Vit E,and antioxidants as a short term trail So best way to consult Infertility specialist and go for ICSI to have a child.
