Repeated Episodes Of Stools With Sharp Particles And Blood, Stops On Wiping. What Could Be Causing This?

Hi... yes, i am a little nervous... i am a woman and i am 19. I went poop a few weeks ago and there was something sharp in it and i had a bit of blood after. it stopped after i wiped well so i didnt think anything of it. well it happened a couple of other times and then it stopped for about a week. a couple days ago i went to poo again and there was quite a bit of blood after i went and wiped well and it stopped, and now everytime i go poo i have blood on the toilet paper when i wipe. i think i have a cut or something that keeps opening... i dont know, but what should i do with a cut there? its not the cleanest place if i go to the bathroom....

Hello, the symptoms you have described are those of a fissure.Looks like you have an anal fissure which is a cut in the anal canal ant it is responsible for your symptoms
I would advise psyllium husk with water as a stool softner along with xylocaine ointment for local application.
I would also suggest sitting in a tub of lukewarm water twice a day as it will help in healing of the fissure.
I would however suggest that you visit your doctor for a rectal examination to confirm that it is a fissure
